- To operate MaxOffers (credit offers, process payouts)
- To prevent fraud (anti-multi-accounting, VPN detection)
- To send transactional emails (verification, payout confirmation)
- To comply with legal obligations (tax reporting where applicable)
3. Who we share with
- CPA networks: a hashed user ID is sent to partners so they can credit completed offers
- Payment providers: PayPal, crypto processors, gift card APIs as needed to fulfill withdrawals
- Fraud detection services: IPQualityScore or similar
- Legal authorities: when required by law
We never sell your personal data.
