1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MaxOffers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). One account per person. Multi-accounting results in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
3. How earnings work
MaxOffers aggregates offers from third-party CPA networks. When you complete an offer, our partner network credits us, and we credit your balance after deducting our service fee. Credits may be reversed if the network reverses the conversion (typically within 30 days).
4. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: $2 USD equivalent.
- Processing time: 24-48 hours after request.
- We may delay or reject withdrawals flagged for fraud review.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing larger payouts.
5. Prohibited activity
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or bots to complete offers
- Creating multiple accounts (including via shared devices)
- Falsifying personal information
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the service
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, void balances, and recover funds in case of violation.
6. Chargebacks and reversals
If a network reverses an offer we already credited to you, we will debit the equivalent from your balance. If your balance goes negative due to reversals, you must restore the deficit before further withdrawals.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about offer availability, payout amounts, or earning potential. Third-party offers are governed by the offering party's own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time of the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close any account at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or on the site.
